Here recently, a good friend of mine from Australia introduced me to an artist that hadn't previously come to my attention, and her name is Nina Llopis. Nina Llopis is from Miami, Florida where she originally cut her teeth as a singer in the Punk Rock band 'The Lead'. Throughout the 80's, Nina went on to release a number of albums and EPs with the band The Lead and they have continued to be active today. During the 90's Nina Llopis decided to step out into uncharted waters as a solo artist and now has a number of solo projects to her credit. In 1991, Nina released a Pop Rock solo album titled 'No Shadow of Turning' on R.E.X. Records. In 1997 she released a follow-up solo album titled 'I'm Your Child' on Light Records. It's worth noting that 'I'm Your Child' was re-released in 2020 on an indie label. In 2006, Nina Llopis showed no signs of stopping when she released her full-length studio album titled 'More Than A Song' on an indie label. This was a solid release for Nina that encapsulates various Singer/Songwriter & Contemporary styles.
2009
In 2009 Nina Llopis went on to release her studio 4-track EP titled 'Unveiled (Part-1)'. With the release of (Part-1) Nina moved into new territory as she stepped into the realm of the Symphonic Rock genre. This EP release was a solid offering for Nina and one of her heaviest releases to date! The album showed her versatility, creativity, and the ability to keep moving forward as an artist.

2020
Fourteen years later, with the help of Roxx Records, Nina Llopis released the second part to what she started back in 2009 with the follow-up release of the sequential part 2 of her musical vision. In 2020 Nina published her 4-track studio EP titled 'Unveiled Pt. 2' on Roxx Records. This release finds Nina continuing in the veins of her 2009 Pt. 1 release. 'Unveiled Pt. 2' is nothing short of brilliant and is sure to make a solid addition to any Rock collection. For all you Punk Rock fans out there, "You Consume Me" includes some Punk style guitar play.

2020
After the release of Nina's 'Unveiled Pt. 2' EP, Nina once again joined forces with Roxx Records to combine both 'Unveiled Pt. 1' and 'Unveiled Pt. 2' to produce a complete full-length album. This 2020 Compilation album was titled 'Unveiled Part 1-2' and takes the listener on an incredible musical journey that started back in 2009 and finally reached its culmination in 2020. The album was produced by James Paul Wisner and the music & lyrics were composed by Nina Llopis. I have to give props to both Nina & Roxx Records because even though there is such an expanse of years between Part 1 and Part 2, the two EP's mesh seamlessly together as if they were both recorded at the same time in the same studio.
This release features some well-produced atmospheric Symphonic Rock arrangements which gives the album an overall epic feel. The guitar work, combined with Nina's unique vocal style, are both spot on adding anticipation and energy to each and every track.
